Airborne Parties - At Airborne, we offer an exhilarating and action-packed birthday party experience that will have your child and their friends jumping for joy. Our Olympic style competitive trampolines, 40 foot inflatable obstacle course, large foam pit and expert coaches ensure a safe and exciting environment for all party-goers.

Upon arrival, the birthday child and their guests will receive a warm welcome from our friendly staff. The party will kick off in the gym for 60 minutes of bounce-tastic fun! Starting with a fun-filled warm-up session, led by our experienced trampoline gymnastics instructors. Once warmed up, the real fun begins! The children will have exclusive access to our Airborne equipment, where they can showcase their acrobatic skills, perform gravity-defying tricks, and experience the thrill of soaring through the air. With different stations catering to various skill levels, every child can have a blast and achieve their personal best.

To add an extra element of excitement, we offer a range of games and challenges tailored to the party's age group and interests. Whether it's trampolines, double mini and tumbling stations, floor is lava type obstacles, foam pit, small toddler activity set ups, or the inflatable obstacle course, there will be an array of activities to keep everyone engaged and entertained. As a reminder, party goers will only have access to the Airborne side of the facility.

After all that jumping and laughter, it's time to refuel. The next 45 minutes party continues upstairs in out viewing area, that has been transformed into a dedicated party area. Parents are able to decorate with their own decorations and bring in their own tasty treats and snacks.  

Airborne parties will only take place on the Airborne side of the facility - Whether it's trampolines, double mini and tumbling stations, floor is lava type obstacles, foam pit, small toddler activity set ups, or the inflatable obstacle course, there will be an array of activities to keep everyone engaged and entertained

Party Times - Parties will run on select Sundays from 11:00-12:45pm and 1:15-3:00pm. Bookings are 60 minutes in the Airborne gym space, and 45 minutes in the party area. We will convert our viewing space into the party area. Airborne parties are not overlapped. Party families are able to arrive 15 minutes early, and must finish their party by the end of their timeslot.  

Party Goers: Booked for a maximum of 20 participants., including the birthday child and any little siblings. Party bookings are fun for all ages!! From babies to grandparents, everyone can enjoy! 

Athletes of all ages will be counted as participants, even the littles babies who enter the gym space. Kiddos under the age of 4 will have to be accompanied by a caregiver. This caregiver will need to sign a waiver form, but is not considered a "participant" in the party. 

**If you are looking to bring more than 20 athletes, reach out to us about our Airborne GymStars party! Book three coaches, up to 30 participants, and 2 gymnastics clubs!

Cost: $290.00. Full payment is required at the time of booking. 

Waitlist: If the date and timeslot that you are interested in is already booked, please pop on the waitlist. We have only opened a limited amount of weekends. Once we receive a competition schedule for the 2023-2024 season, and final coaches availability, we may be able to add more dates. 

Party Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 3 weeks notice to be able to receive a refund for your party. 

As parties tend to be booked months in advance, and we do need notice to change coaches schedules, we have to the following cancellation procedures in place:

 - Cancellation between the time of booking and 21 days prior to your bookings date - A refund or credit to you account will be applied, minus a $15.00 administration fee. 

 - Cancellation between 21 and 7 days prior to your booking date - 50% of the party fee will be refund or credit to your account, minus a $15.00 administration fee. 

 - Cancellation less than 7 days prior to your booking date - No refund credit will be given.

Party Date Chane Policy: Due to the limited booking dates, we can not guarantee availability to switch dates. We require a minimum of 14 days notice to switch the date or time of your party. If we are able to switch your party date or time, prior to 14 days, there will be a $15.00 administration fee. 

Guest List and Waiver Forms - As we approach your birthday party, an Airborne administrator will reach out to you. We will touch base on your party details, and how we can make it the best birthday every! We will also send you a link to the 2023-2024 Alberta Gymnastics Federation Waiver, and provide you will a fileable guest list. We will need these brought to the facility the day of your party.

*Airborne Safety Rules*  - Although we want your party goers to have a trick-tastic time, safety is our number one priority. Airborne coaches reserve the right to enforce all Airborne and equipment safety rules. Participants not following these rules, may be asked to leave the gym floor. Through the booking process, you will be asked to agree to these rules prior to your booking being finalized.
