 Airborne Classes, Camps and Workshops

Below is a list of all camps, classes, special events and programs.

Limited Spaces for Camps and Classes-  We are offer VERY limited spaces in our summer and fall programs! This is due to the changing rules and restrictions regarding Youth Sport return to play. Sign up quick to secure your athletes spot!!! If the camp you want is full, pop your athlete onto the waitlist. If restrictions change we might be able to accommodate more athletes. 

Payment Method - Registration for programs must be done through our online database, Uplifter. We accept Visa, Master Card and Direct Deposit. We do require full payment to secure a spot in the program. There are no additional service fees or taxes upon check out. The price that is listed is your total program price.

Processing Fee - Effective June 1st, Airborne will be applying a 3.7% processing fee to all program fees and payments. You will see this on your invoice listed as a "Product - 3.7% processing fee."

Program Requirements - We do need a minimum of 4 athletes to run a program. 

2023-2024 Alberta Gymnastics Federation Fee  - This $57.00 fee is paid directly to Alberta Gymnastics Federation to cover insurance for trampoline and gymnastics usage, registration membership to AGF and registration through Gymnastics Canada. This is not an Airborne Fee, amount is paid directly to AGF. This fee can not be refunded, credited or prorated. This fee insurance fee also covers gymnastics usage at any AGF associated gymnastics club in Alberta. This AGF fee will cover usage from July 1st 2023 to June 30th 2024. This fee is also for individual participants, and athletes must be registered in an Airborne program to purchase this membership. **Please note, AGF has not set the fee amount for the 2023-2024 gymnastics year. This amount is our best guess at this time. If the fee is lower than this amount, we will refund all members the difference.  

Parented Classes: Please note, that AGF insurance policy states that parents can not wear babies in a carrier or leave them in a  bucket seat/stroller while supervising a bounce with me participant. For more information please contact us.  

Camps, 1:1s and Workshop Cancellation/Refund Policies:We require a minimum of 7 days notice in order to receive a refund for a camp cancellation.

If we receive 7 or more days notice, you will receive a full refund minus a $10 administrative fee. If we receive notice of cancellation between 48 hours -7 days prior to camp starting, a credit minus a $10 administrative fee will be applied to your account. Credits can be used to register for any future Airborne programs. Credits are non-refundable and do not have an expiry date. If we receive less than 48 hours notice of your camp cancellation, there will be no credit or refund issued.  Please see class description for more information regarding cancellations and transfers. 

Fall, Winter and Spring Class Cancellation/Refund Policy - If a recreational program is cancelled more than one week prior to the start a class, a full refund will be provided minus a $15 administration fee. Otherwise, a credit will be applied to your account. Medical refunds are done with doctor's note, will be given a full refund for remaining classes. Credits and class date changes will be charged a $15 administration fee.

Missed Classes due to illness, weather conditions, or personal reasons - We do not offer refunds or credits if a child misses a class. As well, due to child/class/coach rations, safety and the structure of our programming, make up classes are not offered for missed classes. By registering for a program, the class spot is secured for the participant, whether they attend or not.
