1:1 Bookings, Workshops and Special Events 

 

PD Day Camps and Jump & Play Drop In: Registration is NOW OPEN! Click "View Details" for class descriptions and more information. 

1:1 Private Bookings: Cost for a 1:1 Booking is $70.00. We are offering a special discounted rate for adding on a second athlete of $25.00. To book in two athletes, first book in the 1:1 Private booking. You can then either sign up a sibling by adding the "Add On" program to your purchase, or send the add on link to a friend to have them sign up! In order to not be charged multiple AGF fees, the owners of the accounts must do the individual registrations. 

Limited Spaces for Events and Workshops-  We are offer VERY limited spaces in all programs! This is due to the changing rules and restrictions regarding Youth Sport return to play. Sign up quick to secure your athletes spot!!! If the camp you want is full, pop your athlete onto the waitlist. If restrictions change we might be able to accommodate more athletes. 

Payment Method - Registration for programs must be done through our online database, Uplifter. We accept Visa, Master Card and Direct Deposit. We do require full payment to secure a spot in the program. There are no additional service fees or taxes upon check out. The price that is listed is your total price. If Airborne needs to cancel programs due to AHS and Alberta Government Return to Play restrictions, we will try our best to find your athlete an appropriate class, or will provide a full refund.     

Processing Fee - Effective June 1st, Airborne will be applying a 4% processing fee to all program fees and payments. You will see this on your invoice listed as a "Product - 3.7% processing fee." 

Program Requirements - For most of our programs, we do need a minimum of 4 athletes to run a program. However, this can be adjusted depending on the type of event. Please see Event/Workshop description for more information. If Airborne cancels a class, we will try our best to find your athlete an appropriate class, or will provide a full refund.     

Alberta Gymnastics Federation Fee - Prices do not include the $55 Alberta Gymnastics Membership Fee covering July 1 2024-June 30 2025, per athlete. Membership fee includes insurance and registration fees through Alberta Gymnastics Federation (AGF), registration fees through Gymnastics Canada (GCG), processing and administration fees. AGF/GCG Registration and insurance fees are paid directly to AGF and GCG and can not be refunded or credited. THIS FEE WILL BE APPLIED AUTOMATICALLY TO YOUR SHOPPING CART. 

1:1 Bookings and Workshop Cancellation/Refund Policies: We require a minimum of 7 days notice in order to receive a refund for a camp cancellation.

If we receive 7 or more days notice, you will receive a full refund minus a $10 administrative fee. If we receive notice of cancellation between 48 hours -7 days prior to camp starting, a credit minus a $10 administrative fee will be applied to your account. Credits can be used to register for any future Airborne programs. Credits are non-refundable and do not have an expiry date. If we receive less than 48 hours notice of your camp or 1:1 booking cancellation, there will be no credit or refund issued.  Please see class description for more information regarding cancellations and transfers.
