Limited Spaces -  We are offer VERY limited spaces in our summer programs! This is due to the changing rules and restrictions regarding Youth Sport return to play. Sign up quick to secure your athletes spot!!! If the camp you want is full, pop your athlete onto the waitlist. If restrictions change we might be able to accommodate more athletes. 

Registration Date - June 1st 2021 at 7am *** PLEASE NOTE - Registration date may change depending on the release of information from the Alberta Government regarding the latest restrictions.***

Payment Method - Registration for programs must be done through our online database, Uplifter. We accept Visa, Master Card and Direct Deposit. We do require full payment to secure a spot in the program. There are no additional service fees or taxes upon check out. The price that is listed is your total price. If Airborne needs to cancel programs due to AHS and Alberta Government Return to Play restrictions, we will try our best to find your athlete an appropriate class, or will provide a full refund.     

Class Requirements - We do need a minimum of 3 athletes to run a camp. Families will be contacted by the Thursday prior to camp, if a cancellation needs to be made. If Airborne cancels a class, we will try our best to find your athlete an appropriate class, or will provide a full refund.     

Alberta Gymnastics Federation Fee - Prices do not include the $49 Alberta Gymnastics Membership Fee covering July 1 2021-June 30 2022, per athlete. Membership fee includes insurance and registration fees through Alberta Gymnastics Federation (AGF), registration fees through Gymnastics Canada (GCG), processing and administration fees. Registration and insurance fees are paid directly to AGF and GCG and can not be refunded or credited. THIS FEE WILL BE APPLIED AUTOMATICALLY TO YOUR SHOPPING CART. 

Cancellation/Refund Policy - If a recreational program is cancelled more than one week prior to the start a class, a full refund will be provided minus a $15 administration fee. Otherwise, a credit will be applied to your account. Medical refunds are done with doctor's note, will be given a full refund for remaining classes. Credits and class date changes will be charged a $15 administration fee.
